Starting from the raw fruit, following recipes tailored to the customer’s requirements we obtain a roasted product with an intense aroma and characteristic notes. The roasting can range from light to deeper depending on the use, with repeatability guaranteed over time.

Grinding and refining produce 100% hazelnut paste, which is then screened to obtain excellent fluidity and uniformity. Also available: gianduja paste (hazelnut paste with the addition of sugar and cocoa) and praline paste (pure 100% paste with the addition of granulated sugar).
