SHELLED ALMONDS

Sweet almonds, available both raw and peeled, in different sizes. For the peeled variety, the shelling is followed by a further steaming process that completely removes the skin.

ROASTED ALMONDS

Starting from the raw fruit (peeled or unpeeled), we obtain a roasted product with an intense aroma and characteristic properties tailored to each customer’s specific requirements. The roasting can range from light to deeper depending on the use, with repeatability guaranteed over time.

GROUND ALMONDS AND FLOUR

Roasted nuts undergo grinding and sieving to obtain flour with a particle size of less than 1.5 mm, or grains sized to order or available in various standard sizes, the most common being 1/3 mm, 2/4 mm, 3/5 mm, 8/12 mm.

ALMOND PASTE

Grinding and refining produce 100% almond paste, which is then sceened to obtain excellent fluidity and uniformity while preserving the fruit’s unmistakeable tasting properties. Its delicate, characteristic flavour bears testimony to the high quality of the raw material used. Also available on request: raw almond paste.
